Introduction to Performance Reporting Productivity and Profit Improvement Planning.

Chartered Accountants play a vital role in producing accurate financial reports and ensuring clients are clear as to the reality of their circumstances, as a profession, we do this well. But imagine an expanded responsibility, where in addition to preparing the lagging indicators of performance CAs were able to influence management decision making so their clients are better able to solve problems, increase profitability, take advantage of growth opportunities, and improve lifestyles. This is the true essence of business advisory. Philip Arnfield CA is presenting a workshop series where the objective is to build the skill set of CAs so they are able to help small business owners make better management decisions.
