Business owners, other than accounting practices, have access to all online training free of charge.
Upon successful completion of the training a business owner may elect to join our Alma Mater. To so requires the payment of a small monthly fee, currently set at $11 per month.
Accounting firms may choose to join our site as an accredited advisor. To do so requires the payment of a monthly fee as set out on our Advisory Page.
The references to returns and subscription cancellations below refer to these two groups
Alma Mater & Accounting Firms – Guarantee Returns & Subscription Cancellations
To Alma Mater and Accounting Firms we guarantee your satisfaction with the services you subscribe for, and support the guarantee with a 100% money back offer if you are in any way dissatisfied with the service we provide. The guarantee is subject to a time period referred to immediately below.
You have SIXTY (60) Days from the date of original payment to request a refund. After the expiration of 60 days from the payment date the guarantee offer is null and void, cancelled, invalid.
If the sixty (60) day period referred to above is approaching, and you are not able to make a judgement as to your satisfaction with the service or product or subscription you have paid for we encourage you to call on the guarantee, prior to the expiration of the sixty day time period, and re-purchase the service, product, or subscription so as to give yourself more time to make a judgement as to your satisfaction.
Alma Mater and Accounting Firms pay for a monthly subscription. The guarantee referred to above is for each month’s subscription on an individual basis. For example. If an Accounting Firm pays a monthly subscription of $395 on the first day of the month for each of the months January 2018, February 2018 and March 2018, and then on the 30th April 2018 decide they are not satisfied with the service product or subscription purchased, and advise us via email or traditional post on the 24th April 2018, the firm would be entitled to a refund of their February 2018 and March 2018 subscription, as notice was received within the 60 day time period. The accounting firm would not be entitled to a refund of their January 2018 subscription as the guarantee was called more than 60 days after the date of payment for the January 2018 subscription.
