Topic 3: To Proceed You Must Buy Into the Business Development Process

For this project to be successful you must buy into the Business Development process as outlined on this site. So before proceeding to the next Topic it is in your interest to read the booklet you can download under the video in Topic 2. The book outlines the steps clients need to take in order to lift profitability by 60%.

If you think the outcomes detailed in the book are not achievable, you will need to withdraw from the course, because you obviously cannot refer a client to a process you don’t support.

If you are still with me, great, the next thing you need to do is work through the course Profit Improvements – First Steps. This is necessary as you will be soon referring business owners to the course and helping them complete the activities. It is a good idea for you to find out what is in store! This course can be accessed via the Classroom Tab on the main menu

When you have completed the course,  I will send you the Mentor Guide for the course, you will need a Guide for each client you refer.

I can track your progress through the course and will know when to forward the document.
